PHP8 のインストール中に「No package ‘oniguruma’ found」と表示された

リポジトリを追加して、oniguruma-develパッケージでキメマス。

手順

  1. CentOS7 のコンテナを起動します。
docker run -it centos:7
  1. リポジトリをインストールします。
yum install -y http://rpms.famillecollet.com/enterprise/remi-release-7.rpm
  1. oniguruma-develパッケージをインストールします。
yum install -y oniguruma-devel

シチュエーション

CentOS7 のコンテナに PHP8 をソースからインストールしている。configureコマンド実行したら「No package ‘oniguruma’ found」のエラーが表示された。

No package 'oniguruma' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables ONIG_CFLAGS
and ONIG_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
