KDE 全般的な挙動のアニメーションの速度を変更するには？

/usr/share/config.kcf/kwin

アニメーションの速度は ~/.config/kdeglobals に保存されます。

アニメーションの速度のデフォルト値は /usr/share/plasma/look-and-feel/org.kubuntu.desktop/contents/defaults で設定できるかと思いましたができませんでした。

AnimationDurationFactor を設定する現在わかっている方法は /etc/skel/.config に kdeglobals を配置することです。
